党建工作是党的思想政治工作与国有企业具体实际相结合的产物,是国有企业管理的重要组成部分。本文笔者将在阐述党建建设的必要性上,针对当前国有施工企业党建工作中存在的具体问题,提出改进和创新的思路。并对如何加强国有施工企业的党建工作,提出具体对策。
Party building is a product of combining the party’s ideological and political work with the specific reality of state-owned enterprises and is an important part of the management of state-owned enterprises. In this paper, the author will elaborate on the necessity of party building, in view of the current state-owned construction enterprises in the party building work of specific problems, put forward ideas for improvement and innovation.
