本文分别制备了乙烯基酯树脂(VE)与火焰法碳纳米管(F-CNT)以及十六烷基胺改性火焰法碳纳米管(H-CNT)的复合材料,并用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和动态力学分析仪(DMA)研究了复合材料的结构和性能.实验结果表明,同化学气相沉积制备的碳纳米管(C-CNT)相比,F-CNT与H-CNT在乙烯基酯树脂中具有较好的分散性,同时复合材料的玻璃化转变温度Tg和储能模量E′与CNT的种类及质量分数密切相关.
In this paper, the composites of vinyl ester resin (VE) and flame-retardant carbon nanotubes (F-CNTs) and hexadecylamine modified flame-retardant carbon nanotubes (H-CNTs) were prepared and characterized by scanning electron microscopy ) And dynamic mechanical analyzer (DMA) were used to investigate the structure and properties of the composite.Experimental results show that compared with carbon nanotubes (C-CNTs) prepared by chemical vapor deposition, The resin has good dispersibility, and the glass transition temperature Tg and storage modulus E ’of the composites are closely related to the type and mass fraction of CNTs.
