布吉街道是龙岗区一个规模较大的街道，下辖34个社区居委、38个居民小组，管辖面积86平方公里，总人口（包括暂住、流动人口）超过百万。街道党工委一班人带领布吉的党员干部和广大群众，高举邓小平理论旗帜，全面贯彻“三个代表”重要思想，采取一系列措施加强农村基层、社区居委、非公有制经济的党建工作，基层组织建设取得了显著的成绩。
Buji Street is a large street in Longgang District, under the jurisdiction of 34 community committees, 38 residents groups, under the jurisdiction of an area of 86 square kilometers, the total population (including temporary residence, floating population) over one million. A group of street party working committees led the party members and cadres in Buji and the broad masses of the people, held high the banner of Deng Xiaoping Theory, fully implemented the important thinking of the ’Three Represents, adopted a series of measures to strengthen party building in the rural grassroots, community committees and the non-public ownership economy, Grassroots organizations have made remarkable achievements.
