我国法律对人才流动作出竞业限制规定的核心目的 ,是为了建立市场经济信用体系 ,保护用人单位拥有的合法商业秘密权。但是 ,用人单位也不能滥用权利来阻止人才的合法的、正当的、有序的流动。
The core purpose of the law of our country on restricting the flow of talents through the employment restriction is to establish a credit system for market economy and protect the legal right of commercial use owned by employers. However, employers should not abuse their rights to prevent the legitimate, proper and orderly flow of talent.
