本文主要阐述了如何加强垃圾焚烧发电厂工程建设管理的问题。随着我国城镇化不断推广,城市人口增多,城市生活垃圾也越来越多。我国陆续兴建了很多垃圾焚烧发电厂。更多的电建施工企业也开始承建圾焚烧发电厂施工。工程建设管理成为施工管理的重要问题,控制好工程进度、质量、安全和经营管理,更好的实现项目高效完成。
This article mainly elaborates how to strengthen the construction management of waste incineration power plant project. With the continuous promotion of urbanization in our country, the urban population is increasing, and urban living garbage is also increasing. China has successively built a lot of waste incineration power plants. More electricity construction companies have also begun construction of waste incineration power plant construction.
