国外 OAJ(开放存取期刊)的成功和良性发展给国内苦苦寻求发展的期刊人带采了曙光。本文对《中华医学杂志(英文版)》2001～2005年的载文、收稿、发文时滞、引文扣网络访问情况等进行了统计,分析自2002年《中华医学杂志(英文版)》实施免费全文获取后带来的几项社会效益指标的变化,得出开放存取模式时中国英文版生物医学期刊在提高论文显示度和学术影响力上具有积极的作用。同时讨论在 OA 模式下如何改进编辑流程和读者服务。
The successful and benign development of overseas OAJ (Open Access Journal) has taken a glimpse of the domestic journalists who are struggling to seek development. This article has carried on the statistics to the Chinese Medical Journal (English version) from 2001 to 2005, including the published articles, the published articles, the time lag of the published articles and the network access of the cited articles.
