针对生长型制造提出了一种新的扫描路径──分形扫描路径.通过算例,对比分析了一种分形扫描路径与常用的直线扫描路径烧结单层铁粉形成的温度场.以烧结零件物理性能好坏为评判标准,表明分形路径较优.温度场理论分析结果可为确定激光扫描参数提供直接依据.
A new scanning path - fractal scanning path is proposed for growth manufacturing. A numerical example is given to compare and analyze the temperature field formed by a fractal scanning path and the common linear scanning path sintering single layer iron powder. The physical properties of sintered parts as a criterion, indicating that the fractal path is better. The result of temperature field theory analysis can provide a direct basis for determining laser scanning parameters.
