番泻叶是目前常用中药之一。经过笔者初步考证,认为该药在我国的用药史并不长,在我国古代时期,仅见《回回药方》中有所记载,其他各类中医文献鲜有提及。近代以来,该药在我国中医文献中出现的时间与近代西药书籍中译本在我国出现的时间大体接近,可能与西方医药的传入有关。清末及民国初期,中医文献中有关该药中药药性理论的论述较少,并曾被视作“西药”(外来药),随着用药经验不断积累、广泛普及等因素,该药逐步被中医学者建构了较为完备的药性理论,从而实现了“本土化”。 Senna is one of the commonly used traditional Chinese medicines. After the author’s preliminary research, I think the drug history in our country is not long, in ancient China, only see the “back to the prescription,” recorded in other types of Chinese literature rarely mentioned. Since the modern times, the time that the medicine appeared in the TCM literature of our country and the translation of the modern western medicine books in our country appear roughly similar, which may be related to the introduction of Western medicine. At the end of the Qing Dynasty and the Republic of China, there were few expositions in the TCM literature about the theory of Chinese medicinal properties, and it was once regarded as “western medicine” (foreign medicine). With the continuous accumulation of medicinal experience and its widespread application, Chinese medicine practitioners have constructed a more complete theory of medicinal properties, thus realizing “localization ”.
