近几年,国家加大了水利实施建设的投资,病险水库除险加固也在其中,林州市共有63座小型水库,目前13座小型水库正在施工中。为深入贯彻落实中央水利工作会议精神和省委省政府《关于加快水利改革发展的实施意见》,林州市也提出了“珍爱生命线重修红旗渠”的3年水利大会战。在施工过程中,难免会出现钢筋混凝土的裂缝问题,它是近几年来在工程领域普遍存在而又难以解决的工程实际问题,文章对一些常见的混凝土裂缝的成因进行了探讨分析,并提出了一些处理措施和预防措施。
