在这项研究中,我们采用多元分析法来确定,是否能将工作满意度和离职意向间的关系概念化。研究结果证实了下面的假设:工作满意度和离职意向的关系并非零相关,而是全部负相关。而且,在各种水平的工作满意度情况下,政府机构的员工不像企业的员工那样轻易离开自己的组织。在接下来对政府机构的研究分析表明,职业阶段指标(年龄和任期)对工作满意度和离职意向的关系起缓和作用(即工作不很满意也未必离职)。
In this study, we use multivariate analysis to determine whether conceptualization of the relationship between job satisfaction and intention to leave is possible. The findings confirm the hypothesis that the relationship between job satisfaction and intention to resign is not zero-related, but all negative. And, with all levels of job satisfaction, employees in government agencies do not leave their organization as easily as their employees. The following analysis of government agencies shows that the indicators of career stage (age and term) play a mitigating role in the relationship between job satisfaction and intention to leave (that is, the job is not very satisfactory or may not leave).
