近年来,随着文化馆免费对外开放,越来越多的人民群众可以走进文化馆,学习参观更多的文化知识。然而在文化馆免费对外开放之后,能够给社会带来什么作用?是仅仅的被动的等待群众去参观学习,还是主动出击,充分发挥社会公益性。本文笔者就当前文化馆对外工作的现状,结合自身的一些分析和想法,谈谈文化馆免费对外开放后如何开展美术培训教育,希望对文化馆多元化的发展提供一些浅显的帮助和参考。
In recent years, with the opening of cultural centers free of charge, more and more people can walk into the cultural centers and learn more about cultural knowledge. However, what can be done to society after the cultural center is opened to the public free of charge? Is it just passive waiting for the masses to visit and study or take the initiative to give full play to social welfare?
