聋哑小学是一所特殊的学校,学生一般没有听力,而且还无法进行语言的交流,这样就造成了聋哑小学学生的思想品德教学无法通过传统的教学方式展开,而需要运用信息技术,使品牌教学能够从平面走向立体化,使静态变成动态性,使抽象慢慢变得具体,真正突破时间和空间,提高思想品德课程教学容量的效果。这对于聋哑品课教学有着非常重要的作用,品德教育属于德育的范畴,内容一般是比较抽象,而且理论性非常强,所以,教材不能照本宣科,而是需要聋哑学生主动地参与。在思想品德教学过程中,有目的、有意识地采用信息技术作为手段,这样才能提高传播效率,达到聋哑学生的教学效果。
