该文通过对当前职业教育现代学徒制的主要问题进行研究,提出了校企合作共建现代学徒制育人模式的改革思路及对策。同时,针对笔者学校汽车专业方向的教学实际,抓住“校企深度融合,共建专业特色”的机遇,详细阐述了该校汽车专业实施现代学徒制的情况。对探索职业院校在现代学徒制育人模式的改革与发展、创新办学育人新模式等方面具有积极意义。
By studying the major problems of the modern apprenticeship system in vocational education, this paper puts forward the reform ideas and countermeasures for the cooperation between school and enterprise in building the modern apprentice system. At the same time, in view of the actual teaching practice of the author’s school automobile specialty, we seize the opportunity of “the deep integration of school-enterprise and build professional characteristics”, and elaborate on the implementation of modern apprenticeship system in automobile specialty of this school. It is of great significance to explore the reform and development of modern apprentice education system in vocational colleges and innovate new modes of running education and educating students.
