目的:大致掌握并头黄芩在大青山地区的分布及其所含的化学成分。方法:对大青山地区不同区段进行3次野外考察,初步了解并头黄芩的分布情况;采用硅胶柱色谱对并头黄芩提取浸膏进行初级分离,用葡聚糖凝胶LH-20柱对其中一个组分进行细分,对得到的化合物进行核磁共振分析。结果:并头黄芩大多分布于山区阴坡,资源量较大,其中分离所得化合物为白杨素-7-O-葡萄糖醛酸苷。结论:白杨素-7-O-葡萄糖醛酸苷的发现,为人们获取白杨素提供了新药源,同时,也为山茶的商品化推广提供了一定的理论支持。
OBJECTIVE: To roughly understand the distribution and the chemical composition of Radix Scutellariae in the Daqingshan area. Methods: Three field tests were carried out in different sections of Daqingshan Mountain to understand the distribution of Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi. The crude extracts of Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi were separated by silica gel column chromatography. Sephadex LH-20 column One of the components was subdivided and the resulting compound was subjected to nuclear magnetic resonance analysis. Results: Scleroderma baicalensis mostly distributed in the shady slopes of mountainous area, with a large amount of resources. The isolated compound was chrysin 7-O-glucuronide. CONCLUSION: The discovery of chrysin-7-O-glucuronide has provided a new source of drug for people to obtain chrysin and provided theoretic support for the commercialization of camellia.
