目的了解福建口岸出入境人员心理健康状况与人格特征。方法应用《出入境人员心理精神卫生测评系统》可操作性软件平台中的症状自评量表(SCL-90)和简化版艾森克个性问卷(EPQ-48)两量表对出入境人员进行测评。结果SCL-90量表9项因子得分结果显示:6项因子均分>全国常模;除了人际关系因子外,其他因子与常模标准的差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);在EPQ-48量表中,精神质P和性格内外向E两项分值男、女间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);同时,交通员工和劳务人员性格内外向E分值低于常模,则性格偏内向;出入境人员SCL-90量表各因子分与EPQ-48量表中精神质P、神经质N呈显著正相关,与性格内外向E、掩饰性L呈显著的负相关。结论出入境人员心理健康状况不容乐观,要加强心理健康保健咨询,使出入境人员保持身心健康以适应国际旅行环境。
Objective To understand the mental health and personality characteristics of entry and exit personnel at the port of Fujian. Methods Applying SCL-90 and EPQ-48 questionnaires to the entry-exit personnel mental-mental health assessment system on the operable software platform, Evaluation. Results The scores of 9 factors in SCL-90 scale showed that the scores of 6 factors were all> norm of the country. There were significant differences between other factors and norm (except for interpersonal factors) (P <0.05) -48 scale, there was significant difference between male and female in psychic quality P and personality internal and external E (P <0.01). Meanwhile, the internal and external E score of traffic staff and service personnel was lower than that of norm , The character is introverted. The score of SCL-90 in entry and exit staff is positively correlated with the psychoticism P and neuroticism N in EPQ-48 scale, and is significantly negatively correlated with extroversion E and occultation L of personality. Conclusions The mental health status of immigrants is not optimistic. Psychological health counseling should be strengthened so that immigrants can maintain physical and mental health in order to adapt to the international travel environment.
