用配有常规电子枪和高分辨二次电子探头的扫描电镜对多晶银(99.9%)厚样品中缺陷进行了以下三方面观察:1.用显微切削法制得样品观察面的质量;2.退火和不同形变量下的样品中缺陷的分布及组态;3.经真空时效形变试样观察面上的缺陷象衬的变化。由观察结果可得下述结论:1.切削平面光净,未观察到刀迹与范性形变;2.缺陷分布很不均匀,多为线状缺陷,也有少量点状缺陷。随形变量增加,形成胞状结构愈多。从
The defects of polycrystalline silver (99.9%) thick samples were observed under the following conditions using scanning electron microscope with conventional electron gun and high-resolution secondary electron probe: 1.
