患者,女,31岁。患肺结核4年,加重1月余,于1987年12月8日收住院。住院查体:气管左移,胸廓不对称,左侧肋间隙变窄,右肺代偿性呼吸增强,左肺布满湿啰音,偶可闻及喘鸣音,心(一),余未见异常。胸部X光片示:气管轻度左偏,右侧第一前肋到第三前肋间可见点片及条索状密度增高阴影,左肺上中下大片密度增高阴影,其间可见多个透亮区。
