本文主要介绍了了如何用PLC与组态软件实现磨线控制系统。本次PLC系统设计功能是对瓶子的各项指标合格与否进行检测,通过手动控制来实现对线控制系统的启动、装线、磨线、收线、复位。最后通过组态王组态软件来实现监控系统画面的运行,实现了磨线控制的远程操作。
