90年代如何选择正确的消费战略,给国民经济新的成长以必要的拉力,将直接影响到国民经济“八五”计划和十年发展规划的实现,直接影响到90年代改革开放的成效,因而成为目前我国经济发展进程中迫切需要解决的问题。一、90年代我国居民消费格局 90年代选择什么样的居民消费战略,以形成国民经济新的“成长点”,已成为理论界和决策部门的热门话题。一种思路认为,我国应缩减消费,重新走重型化的国民经济发展战略。另一种思路认为,可以发展私人小汽车,以形成城镇居民的消费热点和国民经济新的成长点。还有一种思路认为,要利用住房商品化和新的耐用消费品来刺激城镇居民的消费。我们认为,选择居民消费发展战略,一是要符合国民经济的“八五”计划和十年发展规划,能够促进国民经济持续、稳定、协调发展;二是要有利于经济体制改革总体目
