目的:分析克霉唑联合氟康唑在复发性念珠菌性阴道炎治疗中的应用效果。方法:收集2014年6月-2015年6月我院收治的82例复发性念珠菌性阴道炎患者为研究对象,将其随机分为观察组与对照组,观察组给予克霉唑联合氟康唑治疗,对照组单独给予克霉唑治疗,对比两组患者治疗前后症状、体征积分变化情况及半年复发率。结果:治疗前,两组患者症状、体征积分对比,无显著差异(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组患者症状、体征积分明显低于对照组,数据差异显著(P<0.05);且观察组半年复发率为2.44%,对照组半年复发率为19.51%,数据差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:克霉唑联合氟康唑治疗复发性念珠菌性阴道炎的效果显著,建议在临床上推广。
Objective: To analyze the effect of clotrimazole combined with fluconazole in the treatment of recurrent candidal vaginitis. Methods: From June 2014 to June 2015, 82 patients with recurrent Candida vaginitis admitted to our hospital were selected as study subjects and randomly divided into observation group and control group. The observation group was given clotrimazole combined with fluconazole The patients in the control group were treated with clotrimazole alone. The changes of symptom and symptom score before and after treatment and the recurrence rate of six months were compared between the two groups. Results: Before treatment, there was no significant difference in the scores of symptoms and signs between the two groups (P> 0.05). After treatment, the scores of symptoms and signs in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P <0.05) The half-year recurrence rate was 2.44% in the control group and 19.51% in the control group. The difference was significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: Clotrimazole combined with fluconazole treatment of recurrent Candida vaginitis significant effect, it is recommended in the clinical promotion.
