研究了利用液相色谱仪直接测量杨木预水解液中碳水化合物和木质素的降解产物。结果表明:利用色谱柱Symmetry C18(4.6mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相5%的乙腈/0.02 mol/L Na H_2PO_4(用H_3PO_4调节pH至2.9)和乙腈/甲醇1∶1(v:v),检测波长210nm和270nm,流速1m L/min,可同时测出杨木预水解液中甲酸、乙酸、乙酰丙酸、5-羟甲基糠醛(5-HMF)、糠醛、对羟基苯甲酸、香草醛、丁香醛和愈创木酚9种化合物。其加标回收率分别为99.16%、103.03%、101.85%、99.01%、102%、98.18%、105.26%、101.7%和99.01%。该方法具有测量速度快、准确性高等优点。
The direct measurement of degradation products of carbohydrates and lignin in poplar pre-hydrolyzate by liquid chromatography was studied.
