针对当前农村初中基础教育存在较多学习困难生的现状 ,阐述了这类学生的心理特点 ,并从应试教育的惯性、教师的旧教育观念、学生较差的内在抗挫性以及农民进城打工潮的影响等方面 ,分析了产生学习困难生的原因。按照教育教学规律和符合学生心理特点的实证研究后 ,提出了转念、消疤、跟踪、期待、表扬、吸引、迁移、严训、护理等九种有效的转变措施
In view of the present situation of the existence of more learning difficulties in elementary education in rural junior middle schools, this paper expounds the psychological characteristics of these students.
