目的对病毒感染所致的喘息性支气管炎患儿血清嗜酸性粒细胞趋化因子的检测以及临床意义进行评价分析,为今后的临床诊治工作提供可靠的参考依据。方法抽取在2010年1月至2012年12月间本院收治的病毒感染引起的喘息性支气管炎和原发支气管哮喘患儿各68例,对这两组患儿展开血清Eotaxin和sICAM-1浓度检测,并对比分析检测结果。结果喘息组和哮喘组患儿急性发作期血清Eotaxin和sICAM-1浓度较恢复期高(P<0.05),喘息组与哮喘组的检测结果存在差异(P<0.05)。结论Eotaxin和sICAM-1参与了病毒相关喘息性支气管炎的急性发作过程,对其水平进行检测对于病情判断和预后评估具有重要意义,值得关注。
Objective To evaluate and evaluate the serum eosinophil chemokine in children with asthmatic bronchitis caused by virus infection and provide a reliable reference for future clinical diagnosis and treatment. Methods Sixty-eight children with asthmatic bronchitis and primary bronchial asthma were included in our hospital from January 2010 to December 2012. Serum levels of Eotaxin and sICAM-1 Testing, and comparative analysis of test results. Results The serum levels of Eotaxin and sICAM-1 in patients with wheezing and asthma were significantly higher than those in patients with asthma (P <0.05). There was significant difference between wheezing group and asthma group (P <0.05). Conclusion Eotaxin and sICAM-1 are involved in the acute episodes of virus-associated asthmatic bronchitis. The detection of their levels is of great importance for disease judgment and prognosis evaluation.
