1病历报告患者男,65岁,因糖尿病36年,DN致肾功能不全10年,维持性血液透析6年,血压升高5年,腹痛1d,于2014年10月16日入我院急诊科。1983年患者发现血糖升高,起初规律口服盐酸二甲双胍250mg,3次/d,未定期监测血糖,血糖控制情况不详。2005年改为皮下注射诺和灵50R(12 IU/早,8IU/晚),血糖控制仍不理想,未进一步就诊调整胰
1 case report Male, 65 years old, 36 years due to diabetes, DN caused renal insufficiency for 10 years, 6 years of maintenance hemodialysis, blood pressure increased 5 years, abdominal pain 1d, on October 16, 2014 into our hospital emergency department .
