西安市金融系统今年承销的国债任务为16.66亿元,比上年增加 14.51亿元,增长675％,其中凭证式国债承销14.36亿元,占承销总任务的86.2％,记帐式国债2.3亿元,占总任务的13.8％。为了了解今年国债市场的发行情况和城镇居民对国债发行的反映,我们于近期开展了一次城镇居民认购国债问卷调查活动,这次调查共收回有效答卷100份。现将调查结果报告如下: 一、城镇居民对期限较短的两年期国债较为欢迎。 今年凭证式国债发行分二、三、五年期三个品种,年利率分别为8.64％、9.18％、10.17％。其中70％的人购买的是两年期国债,购买金额占58.4％;20％的人购买的是三年期国债,购买金额占25.1％;只有10％的人购买的是五年期国债,购买金额占16.5％。

In this survey, we collected 100 valid responses. Now the survey results are reported as follows: First, urban residents are welcome to short-term two-year bonds. This year, the issuance of certificate-based treasury bonds is divided into two, three and five-year varieties with annual interest rates of 8.64%, 9.18% and 10.17% respectively. 70% of them buy two-year bonds, the purchase amount accounted for 58.4%; 20% of people buy three-year bonds, the purchase amount accounted for 25.1%; only 10% of the people to buy a five-year bonds, Purchase amount accounted for 16.5%.
