多极消能孔板是一种新型消能工。在管道或泄洪洞内设置多极孔板,使水流多次突然扩散,形成强烈旋涡,产生剧烈紊动,是消手能量,降低水头的有效而经济的手段。本文采用改进的K─ε模型对消能孔板进行数值模拟。探讨多极消能孔板的泄洪洞水力学特性和消能机理,结合极值搜索方法来求解最优化的孔板体型及空间布置方案。与前人的工作进行比较,本文结论合理有创新性。可见,用数值优化方法对多极消能孔板进行体型和整体布局研究是可行的,具有经济、简捷的特点。
Multi-polar energy plate is a new energy dissipater. In the pipeline or spillway hole set multi-polar plate, so that sudden multiple water flow, the formation of a strong vortex, resulting in severe turbulence, is to eliminate energy, reduce the head of the effective and economical means. In this paper, an improved K-ε model is used to simulate the orifice plate. The hydraulic characteristics and energy dissipation mechanism of spillway tunnel with multi-polar energy-dissipating orifice were discussed. The optimization of orifice shape and space layout was solved by combining with extreme value search method. Compared with previous work, the conclusion of this paper is reasonable and innovative. Obviously, it is feasible to study the body shape and overall layout of multi-polar energy dissipation orifice by numerical optimization method, which is economical and simple.
