“五措施教学”是充分调动师生两方面积极性,使教师善教、学生乐学。在师生融洽合作的气氛中,全体学生得到生动、活泼、主动的全面发展的教育。实施五措施教学的重点在课堂教学,而搞好课堂教学的关键是师生双方各自对教学活动的情感、态度、双方的人际关系和相互作用,以及教学的方法相互认可。也就是说,教师的“善教”与学生的“乐学”是体现和实现“五措施教学”的关键。
“Five measures to teach ” is to fully mobilize the enthusiasm of both teachers and students so that teachers, good teachers, students learn music. In the atmosphere of harmonious cooperation between teachers and students, all students receive a vivid, lively, active and all-round development of education. The key to implementing the five measures is to teach in the classroom. The key to doing well in classroom teaching is to recognize each other’s feelings and attitudes toward teaching activities, the interpersonal relationships and interactions between teachers and students, and the teaching methods. In other words, teachers’ “good teaching” and “music” of students are the key to embody and realize “five measures of teaching”.
