目的 :观察玻璃体切除联合自体血清封闭黄斑裂孔的临床效果。方法 :黄斑裂孔性视网膜脱离患者 9例 (9只眼 ) ,施行玻璃体切除及 C3F8气体充填 ,术后随访 3个月～ 2 4个月 ,对裂孔封闭情况及视力、Am sler方格表 ,即手术并发症进行观察。结果 :手术 9只眼中 8只眼 (89% )裂孔完全封闭 ,视力 0 .0 5～ 0 .1有 5只眼 ,0 .2～ 0 .5有 4只眼 ,仅 1例因裂孔封闭不佳继发视网膜脱离术后主要并发症晶体混浊加重。结论 :玻璃体切除联合自体血清封闭黄斑裂孔可使患眼裂孔无损伤及时封闭 ,在此基础上视力得到不同程度的提高 Objective: To observe the clinical effect of vitrectomy combined with autologous serum in the treatment of macular hole. Methods: Nine patients (9 eyes) with macular hole retinal detachment underwent vitrectomy and C3F8 gas filling. The patients were followed up for 3 months to 24 months.
