本文通过荧光偏振度的测定研究抑癌因子对艾氏腹水癌细胞膜脂流动性的影响。结果表明,当抑癌因子浓度为200微克/毫升时,离体条件温育4小时,抑癌因子能使艾氏腹水癌细胞膜脂流动性下降,统计学处理表明差异有显著性。这与一般抗癌药物使癌细胞膜脂流动性减少的作用一致。但是在上述相同条件下,抑癌因子对小鼠正常脾细胞膜脂流动性没有明显影响。由此可见,以细胞膜脂流动性为指标,亦可观察到抑癌因子对癌细胞作用的专一性。
In this paper, the effect of tumor suppressor factors on membrane fluidity of Ehrlich ascites carcinoma cells was studied by measuring the degree of fluorescence polarization. The results showed that when the concentration of tumor suppressor factor was 200 μg/ml, the ex vivo conditions were incubated for 4 hours. The tumor suppressor factors could reduce the membrane lipid fluidity of Ehrlich ascites carcinoma cells. Statistical analysis showed that the difference was significant. This is consistent with the general role of anticancer drugs in reducing the membrane fluidity of cancer cells. However, under the same conditions as above, tumor suppressor factors had no significant effect on membrane fluidity of mouse normal spleen cells. It can be seen that the specificity of the effect of tumor suppressor factors on cancer cells can also be observed with the index of cell membrane lipid fluidity.
