The negotiations between the United States and the European Union on the Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership (TTIP) have been going through a series of scheduled time frames since the start of the negotiation. Both parties hope to reach a definitive agreement by the end of 2014. The United States and Europe gather in the major developed economies in the world. The scale of economic and trade cooperation between the United States and Europe exceeds any existing free trade agreement. Undoubtedly, the United States and Europe’s economic integration arrangements will have a profound impact on the economic growth in the United States and Europe, changes in the world economic and trade pattern, the adjustment of international economic and trade relations and the formulation of global trade rules. They will also bring about the process of China’s opening to the outside world and its participation in international economic cooperation and competition Challenges and constraints. This new topic has been before us.
