当提升机卷筒绳圈间隙ε较小,钢丝绳直径d较大或卷筒直径D较大时,会发生正在卷放的钢丝绳与邻圈缠绕着的钢丝绳相接触,即发生“咬绳”现象。尤其是内偏角α_2过大更会导致“咬绳”。产生“咬绳”现象无疑会加剧钢丝绳磨损,因此在设计时应控制内偏角在允许的范围内。本文对不产生“咬绳”的内偏角α_2允许角度计算公式加以推导,并进行若干数值计算,以补充现有《矿井提升设备》教材中的不足。

In this paper, the calculation formula of allowable angle α2 which does not produce “bite rope” is deduced and some numerical calculations are made to supplement the deficiencies in the existing “mine hoist equipment” teaching materials.
