Toxoplasma gondii is a zoonotic intracellular parasitic protozoan that can infect humans and all thermostatic animals.The average population infection rate of toxoplasmosis ranges from 20％ to 30％ worldwide,whereas Chinas population infection rate ranges from 5％ to 20％ [1].With increasing numbers of human AIDS patients and pet ownership,cases of human toxoplasmosis are on the rise and have become a serious public health problem in China and worldwide [2].
