C630型普通车床的主轴电动机容量(10KW)是考虑其最大负载设计的,且电动机正常运行时为△接,但实际生产中特别是学校学生实习中多数为轻载运行,电动机经常处于“大马拉小车”的不合理用电状态,致使电动机使用效率低、电力浪费大、电网功率因素(COSΦ)低等问题。本文从节能方面对车床的电气控制部分进行了技术改造,使电动机能根据负载大小自动改变电动机的接线,合理调节电动机的工作容量,改善电动机的启动性能、提高电动机效率和电网功率因素,从而达到节约电能的目的。
