为职业性锰中毒寻找早期诊断指标,我们作了血清腺苷脱氨酶活力测定,现将测定方法作如下讨论。 一、测定方法 基本参照MartinekRG发表的微量测定法,其原理是:在37℃一小时内,使血清腺苷脱氨酶催化腺苷的脱氨基反应,产生肌苷与氨,再以催化靛酚反应(产生稳定的兰色)测定氨的含量,由此推算酶的活力。
