目的:寻求小切口非超声乳化术中前房不消失的手术方式。方法:在角膜缘4点或8点钟处作前房穿刺后,插入前房维持器维持正常前房深度,在不损伤角膜内皮的前提下,顺利驱出及吸出障质。结果:此方法较双腔抽吸灌注系统更有效维持前房,更方便吸出障质,缩短在前房内的操作时间,减少内皮损伤及其它并发症的发生。结论:前房维持器是小切口非超声乳化人工晶体植入术中的辅助系统,却有效地完成障质的清除,维持前房深度,有效地保护了角膜内皮细胞及降低后囊膜破裂,为植入后房型人工晶体提供了可靠的保证
