我们自1986年以来,应用动脉插管化疗,配合手术综合治疗20例Ⅱ期宫颈癌,收到良好效果,现总结如下:1 资料与方法 20例宫颈癌Ⅱ_B期病人均为鳞癌,按国际分期,其中1例为Ⅱ_(B1)期,其余均为Ⅱ_(B2)。定Ⅱ_(B2)期标准为宫旁浸润超过中线,弹性差的病例,所有病例阴道浸润均未超过上1/3。2 治疗方法 术前行腹壁下动脉插管化疗1～2疗程,选用抗癌药物。用3种药物序贯化疗,每天1种,3天为1周期,3周期为1疗程。疗程结束后观察1～2周进行手术。
