在湖南省永顺县用电泳法普查了1321人中的异型血红蛋白,曾发现一例汉族和一例土家族先诊者的溶血液在醋纤薄膜电泳(TEB 0.09M;pH8.6)呈现一慢速区带,泳速估计约介于HbA和HbS之间而靠近HbS,在酸性电泳中(磷酸盐0.1M;pH6.5)与HbA不能分开,但稍偏向负极,二例电泳行为极为近似。异型成份定量分别占血红蛋白总量的8.68%和9.74%;HbA_2定量占2.17%和3.11%(DEAF纤维素微量柱层析法),
In Yongshun County, Hunan Province, electrophoresis was used to screen abnormal hemoglobin in 1321 people. It was found that a case of hemolytic solution from a Han and one Tujia preemptive patient showed a slow rate of change on the cellulose acetate membrane electrophoresis (TEB 0.09M; pH 8.6) Zone, swimming speed estimated between about HbA and HbS and close to HbS, acidic electrophoresis (phosphate 0.1M; pH6.5) and HbA can not be separated, but slightly biased toward the negative, two electrophoretic behavior is very similar. The heterotypic components accounted for 8.68% and 9.74% of the total hemoglobin, 2.17% and 3.11% for HbA_2, respectively (DEAF cellulose microcolumn column chromatography)
