滨海地区常分布着深厚的由自然沉积或吹填形成的软土,与传统的真空或堆载预压处理手段相比,近年来兴起的软土原位固化处理方法具有施工周期短、承载力增长速度快等特点。利用现场静载荷试验和有限元模拟的方法,分析了这种软土固化地基的承载性状,认为上部的固化硬层对下部的软土具有封闭作用,并兼具有梁的承载特点,应力扩散现象也较显著,最后给出了试验点的地基承载力特征值。
