随着我国房地产行业的持续增长与快速发展,近年来,在房地产市场上出现了房价居高不下、房地产市场供求结构失衡、土地供应不合理等问题。为了避免我国房地产市场泡沫经济的出现,国家先后出台了一系列政策。国家将税收、法律、信贷等进行组合来抑制房地产市场的过快增长。实践表明,税收的政策调控是最明显、最迅速、最有效的。本文将就我国房地产税制的优化进行分析。
With the continuous growth and rapid development of China’s real estate industry, in recent years, real estate prices have been on the rise, the real estate market supply and demand structure imbalance, the irrational supply of land and other issues. In order to avoid the emergence of China’s real estate market bubble economy, the state has promulgated a series of policies. The state will tax, law, credit and other combinations to curb the rapid growth of the real estate market. Practice shows that tax policy regulation is the most obvious, the most rapid and most effective. This article will analyze the optimization of China’s real estate tax system.
