苏霍姆林斯基说:“儿童只有在这样的条件下才能实现和谐的全面的发展,就是两个‘教育者’——学校和家庭,不仅要一致行动,要向儿童提出同样的要求,而且要志同道合,抱着一致的信念,始终从同样的原则出发,无论在教育目的上、过程上还是手段上,都不要发生分歧。”可见,学校与家庭教育保持一致的重要性。学校教育和家庭教育由于环境、人员等的不同,存在很多区别,也各有优势,但在促进学生全面发展的共同目标下,它们又具有很强的互补性。
