工业:生产稳增 质量提高 工业生产稳定增长,运行质量明显提高。一至九月份全国工业生产增长百分之九点三,比去年同期加快一点三个百分点。国有大中型企业生产经营呈现出明显好转的势头,增长百分之八点八,加快四点三个百分点。高新技术产品持续快速增长,正在逐步成为工业生产增长的一个新的支撑点。一些行业控制总量、淘汰落后的调整工作取得成效。 企业经济效益明显改善。一至八月工业企业实现利润增长百分之七十五点二,亏损企业亏损额下降百分之十三点七。国有及国有控股大中型企业脱困取得积极成效。
