对5个烤烟品种采用部分双列杂交,得到10个杂交组合,并对组合的叶部性状进行了杂种优势的表现、配合力和遗传力估算与分析。结果表明:多数组合叶产量性状表现出平均优势,属于双亲中间型。组合(1),(4)和(5)表现出较强的超亲优势。叶产量平均优势表现3种类型。一般配合力和特殊配合力效应值较高的亲本品种有NC_(89),SC_(72)。遗传性较稳定的亲本品种是NC_(82)和NC_(89)。叶长、叶宽和叶产量的广义遗传力较高,均可在早期选择。叶产量和叶宽的狭义遗传力显著高于叶长,早期选择的可靠性较高。
Partial crosses of five flue-cured tobacco cultivars were used to obtain 10 hybrid combinations, and heterosis performance, combining ability and heritability estimation and analysis of the combined leaf traits were studied. The results showed that the yield traits of most combinations showed an average advantage, which belonged to the intermediate parent. The combinations (1), (4) and (5) show a stronger super-propensity. The average yield of leaf yield showed three types. The parents with higher combining ability and special combining ability had NC_ (89) and SC_ (72). The more heritable parents were NC_ (82) and NC_ (89). The general heritability of leaf length, leaf width and leaf yield is high, both of which can be selected in the early stage. The narrow heritability of leaf yield and leaf width was significantly higher than that of leaf length, and the reliability of early selection was high.
