满足学生的学习需求是激发他们学习动力的关键。课堂中学生最需要的是什么?是课堂学习的主动权。只有当学生真正获得了课堂上属于自己的学习主权时,才有可能促进他们个性的形成和个体的发展。高效课堂的构建必须从“还权”开始。一、让学生参与“备课”课堂是师生共同的课堂,让学生参与备课是保持课堂高效的必要环节。在这个过程中,最有价值的是学生提前进入了角色,提前确立了目标,提前进行了知识的预习,可谓一举多得。
