采用新型E36耐蚀船板钢和耐蚀实心焊丝进行配套焊接。研究了接头不同区域的腐蚀行为,并探讨了其化学成分、夹杂物和微观组织等对接头耐蚀性的影响。结果表明,接头力学性能良好,能够满足国际船级社的要求。接头各区中母材的组织为珠光体+带状铁素体,热影响区为贝氏体,焊缝为针状铁素体+少量贝氏体+少量侧板条铁素体。母材与焊缝之间没有出现不连续的腐蚀台阶。焊缝的耐蚀性最好,母材次之,热影响区最差。夹杂物是焊缝中点蚀的诱发源。
The new E36 corrosion-resistant shipboard steel and corrosion-resistant solid wire supporting welding. The corrosion behavior of different regions of the joint was studied. The effects of chemical composition, inclusions and microstructure on the corrosion resistance of the joint were also discussed. The results show that the joints have good mechanical properties and can meet the requirements of the International Classification Society. Joints in the district of the parent metal organization pearlite + ribbon ferrite, heat affected zone bainite, weld acicular ferrite + a small amount of bainite + a small amount of side strip ferrite. There is no discontinuous corrosion step between the base metal and the weld. Weld corrosion resistance is best, followed by base metal, heat affected zone worst. Inclusions are the source of pitting corrosion in welds.
