研究了一种向日葵种了内自然感染的Xanthomonas Campestris细菌的平板培养基上浸出和培养,用下胚轴针刺接种法联合检测技术。运用该法有效地检测了所研究的两个种子批的病原菌而且对活菌细胞可以定量化,1g种子内估计分别为3.096×10~7c·f·u和2.088×16~6c·f·u。直接种植的平行试验表明各自的传染率分别为18%和5%。这是一种适用于许多样本的常规检测的简单方法。
A Xanthomonas Campestris bacterium naturally infected within a sunflower species was studied for its leaching and culturing on a plate medium using the hypocotyl needle-puncture inoculation method. The method was used to detect the pathogen of the two seed batches effectively and quantify the viable cells. The estimated intra-1g seeds were 3.096 × 10 ~ 7c · f · u and 2.088 × 16 ~ 6c · f · u . Parallel tests of direct planting showed that the respective infection rates were 18% and 5% respectively. This is a simple method that is suitable for routine testing of many samples.
