我们经常发现课堂上有教师这样要求学生:“同学们,你们上课要认真学习,不要走神,要积极思考,不要偷懒,要学会学习,要培养学习的兴趣。”这些都是教师在课堂上的口头禅,强制学生要怎样不要怎样,通常认为这就是课堂教学的大道理。作为一名美术教师,针对目前的教育现状,不管是应试教育还是创新教育、素质教育,课堂教学是所有教育教学行为的基石。课堂教学的主体是教师和学生,课堂既是教师的,更是学生的。很多时候,有的教师没有理清这个基本的甚至是有些浅显的道理,
