分析滚筒式飞剪机不同传动方案对飞剪机下空心轴套传动齿轮受力状况的影响,对飞剪机剪切机构和下偏心主轴进行受力分析。通过实例计算与结果比较,找出可改善下偏心主轴受力状况的最佳传动布置方案。
The influence of different transmission schemes of the roller-type flying shears on the force condition of the hollow gear sleeve of the flying shears is analyzed. The force analysis of the shearing mechanism and the lower eccentric spindle of the flying shears is analyzed. Through example calculation and result comparison, find out the best transmission scheme to improve the stress condition of lower eccentric spindle.
