患儿女,2岁半,因双下肢先天性髋关节脱位入院。在氯胺酮麻醉下行双侧髋关节切开复位术,麻醉后患儿突然呼吸心跳骤停,经气管插管、氧气吸入后,心跳呼吸恢复正常,持续约10分钟,患儿突然又出现呼吸心跳骤停,在气管插管、人工呼吸的同时,迅速清理呼吸道分泌物,静脉注射洛贝林1.5mg,每10分钟1次,5％小苏打10ml静脉注射,在心电监护仪监护下静脉注射阿托品0.5mg,每隔10分钟1次,20％甘露醇10ml静注,30分钟后,患儿呼吸心跳恢复,血压8/5kPa,按摩压尿200ml。又给予5％小苏打10ml静注,地塞米松、红霉素、维生素C、病毒唑加入10％葡萄糖内静脉点滴。1
