[目的]为了解我国食品来源的单核细胞增生李斯特菌(Listeria Monocytogene,LM)的遗传物质多态性特征,探索LM鉴定及溯源新方法。[方法]运用自动化的核糖体基因分型系统(RiboPrinter),用EcoRI酶,对我国食品污染物监测网来源的67株LM进行了分子分型研究。[结果]67株菌均被鉴定为LM;并获得了13种RiboPrinter核糖体基因条带型,除2种被系统判定为新条带型,另外11种分别与杜邦数据库中的DUP-1038、DUP-1039、DUP-1042、DUP-1044、DUP-1045、DUP-1052相似。[结论]RiboPrinter分型结果为建立我国LM分子分型数据库积累了一定的数据和经验,但由于菌株的来源地及数量都有限,因此尚不能看出核糖体基因型是否有明显的地域分布特征。
[Objective] The research aimed to understand the genetic polymorphism of Listeria monocytogenes (LM), a food source in China, and explore a new method of LM identification and traceability. [Method] Using RiboPrinter automated system, 67 strains of LM from food contamination monitoring network of China were screened by EcoRI enzyme. [Result] All the 67 strains were identified as LM. Thirteen RiboPrinter ribosomal gene bands were obtained. Except for the two species, the two strains were identified as neo - banding. The other 11 species were identified as DUP - 1038, DUP-1039, DUP-1042, DUP-1044, DUP-1045, DUP-1052. [Conclusion] The results of RiboPrinter typing accumulated some data and experience for establishing LM molecular typing database in our country. However, due to the limited origin and quantity of the strains, it is still not clear whether the ribosomal genotypes have obvious geographical distribution characteristics .
