Objective To investigate the relationship between proinflammatory substances in peripheral blood of Parkinson’s disease (PD) and fatigue, anxiety, depression and sleep disorders. Methods Eighty-three PD patients were selected as the study group, and 80 healthy individuals were selected as the control group. The levels of IL-6, SIL-2R, TNF-α, hs -CRP), fatigue of the two groups were measured by using the fatigue scale (FS-14), Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMA), Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD) and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index Scale (PSQI) Anxiety, depression, sleep disorders and evaluation of the symptoms, and explore the relationship between PD peripheral blood proinflammatory substances and the above symptoms. Results 1 The levels of IL-6, SIL-2R, TNF-α and hs-CRP in study group were significantly higher than those in control group (P <0.05). The FS-14 , HAMA, HAMD and PSQI scores were significantly higher than those in the control group (P <0.05) .3 The levels of SIL-2R secretion were positively correlated with HAMA and HAMD (P <0.05) ), hs-CRP was positively correlated with HAMA and HAMD (P <0.05); Conclusions There was a significant positive correlation between hs-CRP and SIL-2R and depression and anxiety scores in PD patients, No significant correlation; while other pro-inflammatory substances and fatigue, anxiety, depression, sleep disorders were not significantly correlated.
